Usually the most memorable event your guests will remember at your special anniversary reception or reunion event is the entertainment you provide for them. However, even the best planned receptions only account a small budget for what guests may remember the most. We like to refer to the event reception entertainment as your gift to your friends and relatives for supporting you in everything leading up to your big event. Therefore, be cognizant of the memories you are setting for your guests at the reception. No worries, we are here to help with that creative process no matter which package you select below.
Bronze Package: $695 – $995 (good up to 100 guests)
Our Bronze Package is a nice economical package for the simple reception that is classy but does not need the dance floor to look like a weekend club scene. Services Included:
- Premium Sound System (2 Main Speakers)
- Basic Dance Floor Lighting
- Basic Up-lighting Near DJ Area (Includes: 2 DJ Area Up/Wash Lights, 4 Led Up-lights and/or wash lights, Fog effects if allowed)
- 4 hours of DJ music (extra hours @ $200/hr)
- 1 DJ, MC to help guide the reception
- 1 Wireless Microphone
- 1 Planning Visit Prior to the Event
- Set Up and Tear Down is Included
Include Custom Gobos that project your stylish names on the ceiling, wall or floor (add-on to Bronze or Silver Package: 1x$150, 2x$200, must be the same image). We can easily project a moving image anywhere you please with our moving head LED lights:
Silver Package: $995 – $1495 (good up to 250 guests)
Our Silver Package is a nice upgrade package for the sophisticated reception that is still classy and turns the dance floor into a mini club scene. Services Included:
- Premium Booming Sound System (2 Main Speakers, 1 Subwoofer)
- Amazing Dance Floor Lighting (Includes: Disco Ball Effects, 2 DJ Area Up/Wash Lights, 4-6 Moving Heads, up to 8 Led Up-lights and/or wash lights, Fog effects if allowed)
- Up-lighting Near DJ Area and all around the Dance Floor Area (described above)
- 4 hours of DJ music (extra hours @ $200/hr)
- 1 DJ, MC to help guide the reception, 1 DJ Assistant (as needed)
- 2 Wireless Microphones
- 1 Planning Visit Prior to the Event, 1 Follow-up (as needed)
- Set Up and Tear Down is Included
Gold Package: $1495 – $1995+ (good up to 500+ guests)
Our Gold Package is a nice upgrade package for the unforgettable reception that is very classy and transforms the dance floor into a mini club scene and sets the ambiance of the entire reception area with mood up-lighting. Services Included:
- Premium Booming Sound System (2 Main Speakers, 1-2 Remote Speakers (surround / fill), 2 Subwoofers)
- Choice of Custom Gobo Projection and/ or Projector for Slideshow
- Live Wedding Singer for up to 2 Songs of Choice (optional, if available)
- Amazing Dance Floor Lighting (Includes: Disco Ball Effects, 2 DJ Area Up/Wash Lights, 6-8 Moving Heads, Fog effects if allowed)
- 2 Truss Pillar Totems near DJ area with Truss Warmers
- Ambiance Up-lighting around entire reception area with the Bride’s choice of color, or rotating colors (total of up to 10 led lights)
- Spot lighting of cake area, performers and/ or announcers
- Up to 5 hours of DJ music (extra hours @ $200/hr)
